Terms

Rates
All unit prices are exclusive of rates. Please contact the Non-domestic rates department at Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council (Telephone: 01455238141) who will tell you how much the rates will be per annum. You must quote the full address of the premises and ask for the rates payable per year.

Building Insurance
Building insurance for this unit is invoiced annually by the landlord. All the units are insured through Bland Bankart (Leicester) Ltd insurance brokers, but this does not cover contents of the premises. Therefore all tenants must arrange contents insurance for themselves.

Lease
All units are let on a new full-repairing lease for a term to be agreed. The cost of the lease is 50 and is completed at our offices in Wigston. If the lease is to be taken by a limited company, two directors or one director and the company secretary must sign the completed lease.

Rent Payments
As per the terms of the lease, rent is payable quarterly in advance. The first payment is made by cheque at the time of lease completion and the remaining quaterly payments are made by standing order.
